Required Equipment and Information
A mouth guard and MMA gloves are required for all classes. The student guide and a 'gi' / uniform are required for karate classes. These are all kept in stock at the dojo. Protective cups and/or compression shorts are recommended. These are sold at sporting goods stores. Higher quality uniforms are recommended for competitors and instructors. Karate Starter Package
When you sign up for our karate classes, you may purchase all of the required equipment together at a discounted total of $45 (for uniform sizes 0000-6) or $55 (for uniform sizes over 6). To reiterate, the required items include a mouth guard, gloves, uniform, and student guide.
