When I'm having a bad day, I'll train hard to keep my mind off of things. When I'm having a great day, I train to improve. Even when I'm depressed or sick, I'll train to the best of my ability. Just getting up and moving some keeps the body healthy and relieves mental stress. And always remember...Your training will never betray you.
